Ama Shopping accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin a return, contact [email protected] with your order number, item, and reason. Returns must be requested within the stated window; do not return parcels without contacting us first.

How to return

2. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, attach photos when available.
3. We will provide return instructions, including the full China return address and how shipping costs are handled.
4. Package the item securely and retain shipping evidence/tracking.

Who pays return shipping?

• Change of mind / no longer wanted: Customer pays return shipping, including applicable international postage to China.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: Ama Shopping pays reasonable return shipping costs. [VERIFY whether you will provide a prepaid label or reimburse documented reasonable shipping costs; tell the customer before the return.]
• Restocking fee: None (US $0).

Condition and exclusions

Refunds
