Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our warehouse in China.

Where do you ship?

We ship to eligible United States addresses. Hawaii and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses are excluded. [VERIFY Alaska, US territories and PO Boxes before publishing the final supported-area list.]

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is US $5.95 for orders under US $75, and free at US $75 or more. [VERIFY threshold calculation before/after discounts.]

When will my order arrive?

Handling takes 0–3 business days; international transport is estimated at 3–4 business days. Total estimated time is 3–7 business days, subject to delays. Cutoff is 2 p.m. UTC+8, Monday–Friday.

Can I return an item?

You can request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing [email protected]. Returns are mailed to China after receiving return instructions.

Who pays return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If the goods are damaged, defective or incorrect, Ama Shopping pays reasonable return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.

When will I receive my refund?
